Help With Ifunny?

Hi, I'm kinda new on ifunny and I was wondering if someone could help me with this:

How do you make a comic on ifunny that flows down when you scroll instead of the ones that stop and you have to keep scrolling?
Are they created on another app? If so, what app can I use to make one?

For the scrolly comic:

1. Create comic in the normal fashion
2. Save comic to your phone
3. Post an imagine, select the image of the comic saved to your phone
