I want to know how many likes the average featured work has before it is selected to get featured. Is it 500 likes? 300? 150? And is 120 likes on a work good or decent? Most i have is 188 and i have no clue how to break 200

Try experimenting with different posting time. IFunny probably has a key time period when they see the most traffic. You should try answering mine! It's called "pending work"

Over 100 is always good. Likes help, but they aren't needed exactly. My first feature only had 75 likes, the other had about 120 I believe.
Just getting 500 likes doesn't mean you'll be featured, just a higher chance.
