Simple, you can only dislike ten comments a day, not a simple "one does not simply dislike too fast" that appeared to be ineffective.

I think 10 times a day is a pretty small amount considering how alot of ifunny comments are "come to my profile i have funny pics111" or "kik me at swaggmonster69boyononpedophile"

True, but there are thousands of people to dislike those comments. I believe that the good people being able to only dislike ten comments is a small price if it will keep kids from disliking everything, especially the actual funny stuff
